•  Provide pictures (wallet to 4x6) requested for design.  Please write your name and # on back of each photo. (Non-copyrighted photos only, unless written permission of photographer included). 
• Include in attached note any lettering requested for design. Designs not to be used for production without written consent of the designer.  
• Allow me 2 weeks to complete design.  Please include return address where design disk  is to be mailed.  Let me know if Pat format or cut is requested.  Be sure to include your phone number so I can call with any questions.

If the design is 1 or 2 subjects it will  usually be  vertical 180s by 250r.  If 3 or 4 subjects is horizontal (like the one on the home page with 3 subjects) .

Pricing

• 35.00 for 1 subject design on disk.
• please add 10.00 for each additional subject up to  4 total .

 (For example Portrait Design Disk with 4 subjects = 65.00)
